Manager, Project Store Planning and Construction - North America

Summary

Lead Tiffany & Co.’s North American retail and trade store planning and construction projects from planning through closeout. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and brand standards while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop project briefs, schedules, budgets, and milestones with stakeholders, and manage approvals and funding.
• Coordinate design and construction deliverables, consultants, contractors, suppliers, procurement, and internal partners.
• Manage bidding, contracts, purchase orders, budgets, forecasts, contingency, change orders, and project closeout.
• Oversee construction meetings, site visits, quality, and store handovers; deliver stores defect-free.
• Conduct post-opening audits and identify improvements to project delivery, design, materials, suppliers, cost, and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in store planning, design, or construction, including retail store expansion.
• Luxury market experience and experience working with vendors and consultants in North America.
• Effective communication and managerial skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel approximately 35%.
