Manager, Sales - Cosmetics

Summary

Leads the cosmetics sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals in the department store environment. Responsible for driving revenue, coaching associates, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Works closely with leadership to execute promotions and product launches while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the cosmetics sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Develop staff schedules, conduct performance feedback, and support training on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and presentation standards for the cosmetics area.
• Collaborate with corporate and vendor partners on promotions, launches, and inventory replenishment.
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong customer service, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive performance against KPIs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
