Manager Sales - Ready To Wear/Intimates/Kids/Leases

Summary

Manage sales operations for Ready To Wear, Intimates, Kids and Leases departments at a store level, driving revenue and ensuring a high standard of visual merchandising and customer experience. Lead a team of sales associates and coordinate cross-department activities to meet sales targets and operational goals. Serve as a key point of contact for lease partners and ensure cohesive store presentation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations across Ready To Wear, Intimates, Kids and Leases areas.
• Coordinate with lease partners to maintain merchandising standards and inventory levels.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Analyze sales performance and execute action plans to improve results.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak periods.
• Provide coaching and development to associates to enhance selling skills.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
