Manager - Specialty Coffee - Westchester

As the Manager of Specialty Coffee in Westchester, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of unit operations, from training and mentoring staff to implementing store strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program to effectively run a successful unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing store strategies, and managing productivity and costs.

• 2+ years of experience in coffee bar management.
• Knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food with a willingness to learn more.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and a food handler’s card where required.
• Strong communication and basic accounting skills.
