Manager Store Merchandise

As a Manager Store Merchandise at Saks Fifth Avenue in East Rutherford, NJ, you will oversee all operational functions and visual standards both in the back and front of the house. You will ensure the efficient processing of merchandise, maintain a dynamic shopping environment, and lead the store's core management team to prioritize customer service excellence.

• Hire, train, and develop the Merchandise Operations team for back of house processes.
• Oversee inbound merchandise processing to ensure timely floor placement.
• Ensure compliance with Store Audit Standards and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Direct markdowns, price changes, and merchandise transfers.
• Lead communication and direction within the store.
• Recruit and fill open roles with urgency, fostering accountability and performance management.
• Set goals for Associates and develop, motivate, and train your team.

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail visual or merchandising capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes and maneuvering equipment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
