Summary

Manages visual merchandising strategy across cross-functional teams, planning and executing seasonal collection launches to support sales and uphold the brand image. Leads a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists and supports their career development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, communicate, and execute seasonal collection launches and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Partner across teams to support sales and maintain a high standard of brand image.
• Lead and develop a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, planning, organization, and creative skills.
• Ability to communicate across HQ, corporate, and retail teams.
• Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and develop a strong understanding of the brand image.
