- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to meet local visual requirements.
- Adapt displays based on store requirements and architecture.
- Foster a vibrant VM community and uphold VM culture through training.
- Oversee execution of Visual Merchandising strategies and rotations.
- Support local VMs with seasonal product rotation and technical training.
- Coordinate regional visits with Retail and VM teams.
- Motivate and develop a team with strong leadership skills.
Requirements- Education in visual arts, interior design, architecture, fashion, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail.
- Hands-on work style with a passion for VM.
- Strong visual/spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
- Creative skills focused on styling and in-store product display.
- Ability to translate Global guidelines to local store environments.
- Strategic communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Adaptable, agile, business-focused, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%.
