Memo Support Associate

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain store organization and support sales. Performs daily operational tasks under the direction of managers and reports to the RPSO Manager at a Neiman Marcus store location. Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and may involve physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound and outbound freight processing
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to maintain presentation standards
• Perform price changes, reticketing, signage, and product moves
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and inventory control tasks
• Back stock products and maintain stockroom organization
• Assist with merchandising for sales events and visual standards under guidance
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from leads and managers and work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
