Job Description

Summary

As a Merchandising Manager at Loewe, you will play a crucial role in managing assortment, inventory, and purchases within designated categories for the North American market. You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising Director and Central Merchandising team to develop strategies for Men's RTW, Shoes, and other small categories, driving growth and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Drive MRTW & MShoes business by maximizing sales and productivity, monitoring replenishment, and collaborating with the Central Merchandising team on stock needs.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maximize Sale-to-Stock levels in all boutiques.
  • Provide End-of-Season recaps, market preparation, and compile store feedback and needs.
  • Survey the competitive landscape and inform the company on competitors' pricing, distribution, offers, and key launches.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional business partners, collaborating closely with VM & CRM.
  • Travel to Paris for buying sessions and Madrid for Central meetings, with bi-monthly domestic travel to visit the store network.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Merchandising capacity with a focus on RTW & Shoes.
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to identify problems, use initiative, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely across global and local teams.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of the North American market and current luxury fashion trends.
  • Strong PC skills, with experience in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • 30-40% travel domestic and international, with the ability to travel at short notice.
