Senior Manager Merchandising - WFJ

As a Senior Manager Merchandising at Chanel, you will lead the Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) merchandising strategy across the U.S., collaborating with various teams to optimize demand and assortment planning. You will play a crucial role in aligning with global visions while addressing the specific needs of the U.S. market.

• Conduct monthly forecasts and align with financial performance targets.
• Support global vision and advocate for U.S. regional needs.
• Provide quarterly hindsight analyses to leadership on forecast gaps.
• Optimize demand planning workflow with internal and global teams.
• Set strategic product assortments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with field teams to elevate WFJ product category opportunities.
• Manage product allocations for limited new product launches.
• Create business reporting tools and develop Power BI dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance division cohesiveness.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising or related field.
• Expertise in retail math, Microsoft Excel, and PowerBI.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning.
• Partially remote role requiring a minimum of three days in-person office presence.
