Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, presentation, and store operations. This role helps deliver a strong customer experience by processing and replenishing merchandise, maintaining store standards, and assisting customers and sales-floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and distribute merchandise to departments, and replenish products as needed.
• Maintain selling-floor displays, fitting rooms, fixtures, windows, and back-of-house areas.
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, returns to vendors, markdowns, and related tasks.
• Respond to customer questions, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Complete projects assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to use radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
