Selling Associate

Summary

The Selling Associate creates a personalized shopping experience and supports sales at a luxury off-price retailer. This role builds customer relationships, provides product expertise, and helps achieve sales and customer loyalty goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs, and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Greet customers, explain promotions, build relationships, and encourage repeat business and loyalty program participation.
• Process transactions accurately, resolve customer concerns, and work toward individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, process markdowns, support merchandise displays, and follow asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a proven sales track record.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Ability to use POS and store equipment and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
