Merchandising Vault Coordinator

As a Merchandising Vault Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting cross-functional departments by maintaining the quality, presentation, and organization of the active sample line. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate visibility and handling of merchandise, adhering to corporate guidelines and standards.

• Maintain the quality, presentation, and organization of the active sample line.
• Provide support to Marketing, Creative, Sales, Visual, Design, and Product Development departments.
• Assist with trade show preparation, including sample line building and showroom coverage.
• Operate using Oracle functionalities for accurate merchandise visibility.
• Vet samples for accuracy under the leadership of the Assistant Manager of Creative Vault Operations.
• Comply with company guidelines for transporting and handling products.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventories.
• Ensure proper care and handling of all merchandise and company assets.

• BS/BA in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of inventory control and Oracle experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners.
