Midwest Facilities Supervisor

As a Midwest Facilities Supervisor based in New York, you will report to the Senior Facilities Manager and be an in-house expert on store concepts, design, and equipment. You will develop repair and maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with established facility guidelines and procedures.

• Partner with the Facilities Manager to audit Midwest stores and create a facility management strategy.
• Support in sourcing, quoting, and hiring contractors and service technicians.
• Collaborate with Indirect Purchasing to launch tenders for better spend monitoring and savings.
• Manage relationships with landlords, tenant coordinators, and contractors to resolve disputes.
• Oversee all Midwest DOS and SIS stores, including LATAM and Canada.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations in the luxury retail industry.
• Knowledge of construction and millwork quality standards.
• Strong budgeting and math skills.
• College or Master's degree with a technical studies background.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
