Responsibilities- Lead and drive finance-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test plans and clear communication with cross-functional testers.
- Provide daily and strategic project reporting to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and Business teams to implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Drive enhancements and efficiencies in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems maintenance, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving operational issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Oversee user access and maintenance for the Travel & Expense (T&E) system, ensuring proper governance and security.
- Provide strategic oversight and troubleshooting support for financial systems, working closely with LV_NEO (IS&T) teams.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, project leadership, or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in leading finance projects, including UAT execution, stakeholder management, and strategic implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving finance processes.
