Merchandise Operations Supervisor - Shoes

As a Merchandise Operations Supervisor in the Shoes department, you will oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the merchandise flow. You will lead a team to achieve operational excellence and support the store's sales goals.

• Supervise and coordinate the merchandise processing and replenishment activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of merchandise receiving and stocking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement and inventory levels.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory counts.

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
