Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in New York, you will oversee the Shipping and Receiving department, ensuring that merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently according to company standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the flow of goods and supporting the overall operations of the store.

• Oversee and ensure accurate processing of incoming merchandise, verifying secure and complete shipments.
• Ensure accurate processing of outgoing merchandise with proper documentation.
• Verify proper documentation for all customer mail-outs, including sales receipts and tissue.
• Prepare outgoing freight to company stores or distribution centers with proper documentation.
• Control and replenish supplies as requested by the General Manager.
• Perform maintenance duties as required by the General Manager.
• Read and execute various documents including transfer, shipping, alteration, and inventory count sheets.
• Manage shrinkage control and report any violations according to company regulations.
• Direct and route U.S. Mail in a timely manner.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable with the ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
