Inventory Supervisor - Soho

As an Inventory Supervisor at Chanel in Soho, New York, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique. You will work closely with a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional client experience, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience to clients.
• Supervise team members, ensuring proper training and compliance.
• Process received stock and record it into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with Chanel expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with direction from the Ops Lead.
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique to inspire trust and teamwork.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
