SummaryAs an International Trade Business Process Lead, you will join the Next Generation Transformation (NGT) ERP+ program team to support the design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. This role involves travel and collaboration with colleagues globally, serving as an evangelist for the program and helping to shape the future of Ralph Lauren's international trade processes.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of the target operating model for international trade processes using SAP S/4 Hana.
- Represent international trade compliance and operations globally, ensuring regional requirements are met.
- Champion industry best practices and SAP’s pre-configured standards.
- Participate in the global design phase, developing processes that can be adopted globally.
- Maximize leverage of core SAP functionality and optimize automated trade compliance processes.
- Document AS-IS data flows, dependencies, and integration points for current systems.
- Identify gaps in processes or technical areas and implement process improvements.
- Document TO-BE process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure clear ownership and responsibility across edge systems during cutover.
- Prepare teams for mobilization and represent findings back to the teams.
- Create an agile approach to testing new capabilities across RL systems.
- Identify training needs to facilitate required knowledge for teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to ensure appropriate customs valuation and inter-company transfer pricing.
- Communicate and summarize findings effectively, including executive summaries.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in a global fashion or consumer goods environment.
- Expertise in global trade regulations, customs requirements, and international shipping procedures.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to translate policy and strategic directions into actionable processes.
- Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with supporting audits by Customs Authorities and other regulatory agencies.
- Experience with systems supporting international trade, including ERP, GTM, CMS, and TMS.
