OST Support Associate

As an OST Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Boca Raton, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work within the store to ensure smooth operational processes.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements and price changes.
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control processes.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking.
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
