- Communicate order supply needs to the Executive Chef and assist with daily cost tracking.
- Complete accurate monthly inventories with Chefs.
- Identify incorrect or inferior-quality products.
- Ensure the consistent integrity of the physical facility where food and beverages are served and stored.
- Monitor hospitality areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance.
- Assist with onsite and offsite events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of RH food and beverage offerings.
- Report employee and guest accidents.
Requirements- 1+ years of related experience.
- Basic knife skills and general cooking knowledge.
- Reasonable food knowledge and product ID.
- Ability to read and understand order guides and invoices.
- Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
- Reliable, dependable, and responsible.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Contributes ideas and takes ownership to ensure team success.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
