Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak season by handling inbound and outbound merchandise, assisting with inventory control, and maintaining safety and operational standards. Role reports to an Operations Manager and requires flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients stores or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in work areas
• Operate retail and mobile technologies to support operations
• Perform physical tasks including standing bending climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating practices
