- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, coordinating with maintenance and vendors.
- Serve as the gatekeeper to the office, greeting and directing visitors.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring alignment of priorities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including expense reporting and communication.
- Plan and execute executive travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in the oversight of studio apartments used by KREWE.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee questions regarding office logistics.
- Address human resources questions, escalating as necessary.
- Document and communicate office processes and updates.
- Perform minor physical tasks such as changing lightbulbs and moving furniture.
- Provide remote assistance and travel to New Orleans occasionally.
Requirements- Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable performing minor manual tasks and light physical labor.
- Proactive and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
