Operations Analytics VIE

As an Operations Analytics VIE at Moët Hennessy USA, you will embark on a career journey with the leaders of luxury wines, champagnes, and spirits. You will gain a strong understanding of various business groups and the multitude of components supporting them through hands-on training, direct interaction, and project-based work. This role offers mentorship from leaders, networking opportunities, and exposure to stakeholders across the company.

• Implement operations analytics use cases and gather business requirements from operations users.
• Present business requirements to IT and Data teams and ensure the final product meets business expectations.
• Drive data-driven mindset change within operations and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Organize and animate the monthly executive dashboard review and support existing use cases.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ year of professional experience.
• Desire to learn industry best practices and grow in an enterprise organization.
• Eligibility for the VIE program, including being a citizen of the EEA between the ages of 18 and 28.
