Job Description

Summary

Operations Assistant for the NY Flagship responsible for maintaining back of house operations, supporting sales processes, and assisting store management to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards. The role reports to the Store Director and requires flexibility for peak seasonal coverage and weekend work.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized back of house and shipping area
  • Handle all types of sale transactions and manage register change
  • Maintain non-merchandise supplies including stationery uniforms packaging and drinks
  • Support store maintenance and cleaning operations
  • Organize cash wrap and keep information up to date
  • Support After Sales Before Sales and product returns processes
  • Assist with address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations
  • Ensure new merchandise is brought up labeled and ready for display
  • Perform operational tasks as communicated by management to meet brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organization and problem solving abilities
  • Polished well groomed professional appearance
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week
  • Availability to work a minimum of three Saturdays per month and two Sundays per month
  • Availability for annual inventory and full holiday season
