Stock Assistant - 57th St

Summary

Responsible for managing proper rotation of goods and supporting the Stock Manager with warehouse and store duties. Assist sales staff to prepare merchandise for the sales floor and ensure security and order of stock according to corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures
• Prepare product to be taken to the sales floor and special areas
• Ensure safety of products and valuable material during handling
• Track product flow through the SAP system
• Maintain order and organization in the warehouse to corporate standards
• Handle returns shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines
• Order and manage packaging materials according to store needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role
• Experience in the retail luxury sector preferred
• High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
