Summary

Operations Associate responsible for supporting daily store operations at the outlet location, ensuring smooth functioning of logistics, inventory handling, and facility tasks. Works with store and outlet management to maintain operational standards and support customer-facing teams. Role requires flexibility and hands-on assistance across multiple operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments and stock replenishment
• Support inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records
• Coordinate with store team to ensure timely product placement on salesfloor
• Perform general maintenance and facility upkeep tasks as needed
• Help manage loss prevention and secure merchandise handling
• Assist with visual merchandising setups and displays when required
• Support team during peak periods and special events

Requirements

• Previous retail or operations experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting tasks
