Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports store operations, customer service, order fulfillment, and merchandise maintenance. This role helps ensure an organized store and a consistent, exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions, maintain client information, and support service desk activities.
• Handle daily cash functions and help resolve client concerns and transaction discrepancies.
• Pick e-commerce and in-store orders, assist with BOPIS, and support markdowns, re-ticketing, and re-tagging.
• Maintain merchandise and stock, assist with inventory counts and visual updates, and provide sales-floor support as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury, customer-facing environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in technology and its use in retail customer service.
