Full Time Operations Associate supporting back-of-house efficiency for a luxury retail men's store. Responsible for operations, stock, repairs and after sales while ensuring processes meet brand standards and delivering client-centric service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and stock control processes
• Support client services and client care including alterations when applicable
• Maintain store facility and systems for operational efficiency
• Handle financial tasks related to store operations
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Coordinate repairs and after sales services
• Assist team to provide efficient service to clients
