Operations Associate

Summary

The Part Time Operations Associate will support back-of-house efficiency at the Naples boutique, ensuring inventory accuracy and seamless operational processes. Reporting to the Store Manager or Operations Manager, this role contributes to an elevated client experience through careful management of stock, shipments, and in-store systems. The Associate acts as a brand ambassador while maintaining compliance with financial and operational policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory lifecycle including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, and inter-store transfers.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving processes and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare and package client merchandise; manage client deliveries, communication, and tracking.
• Assist with store facility upkeep and maintain organized back-of-house areas and systems.
• Support budget management and enforce cash/credit card policies and operational procedures.
• Facilitate repairs and alterations, coordinating aftersales services and maintaining repair supplies.
