Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver excellent client service in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support gift wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by retrieving and replenishing merchandise and preparing the stock room.
• Maintain an organized workstation and selling floor, ensuring supplies are stocked and merchandise standards are met.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, and support after-sales needs, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the designated location.
