Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports boutique operations and contributes to profitability by receiving, handling, and managing merchandise inventory. The role also provides administrative support and assists clients and the sales floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize cycle counts.
• Keep stockroom and sales-floor inventory organized, receive and inspect deliveries, and coordinate transfers and returns.
• Support stock requests, share inventory results with finance, and communicate operational updates with team members and other stores.
• Provide administrative support, including booking couriers, organizing deliveries, and completing supply orders.
• Support boutique procedures and compliance, and assist clients and the sales floor when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and regularly lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
