Operations Associate - Northpark

Summary

Responsible for supporting back of house operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to brand standards. This role focuses on inventory management, client services, store facilities and systems, policies and procedures, and client care including alterations when applicable. The Operations Associate contributes to operational excellence in a fast paced luxury retail environment and supports the store team in delivering high quality client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and stock control.
• Support client services and after sales care including alterations.
• Maintain store facility systems and operational equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate repairs and returns processing.
• Ensure back of house efficiency and organization.
