Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations and helps deliver an exemplary customer experience. The role includes shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office, inventory, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate invoice approvals.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, and efficient store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise and execute cash office procedures accurately.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds.
