Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, shares product and styling knowledge, and works to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming service, styling guidance, and memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships through correspondence and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Support inventory, store events, opening and closing duties, and other store initiatives.
• Follow company policies and maintain brand presentation standards.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive approach and enthusiasm for working with customers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
• Computer proficiency preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
