Operations Associate - Rodeo Drive

Summary

Supports back-of-house store operations and inventory control. Helps the sales team retrieve stock efficiently and contributes to a polished client experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle stock shipments, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies.
• Retrieve stock for sales and omnichannel orders, and maintain an orderly back of house.
• Perform product quality checks and support alterations, repairs, and personalization.
• Maintain stockroom equipment and complete administrative tasks, including calls and customer service coordination.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, and stocktaking as requested.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft software; SAP experience is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment.
