Operations Associate - Vineland Outlet

Summary

Responsible for maintaining inventory and supporting store operations at the outlet location, including stockroom organization, merchandising, shipping and receiving, and assisting the sales team to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
• Process inventory transactions accurately and timely
• Ensure appropriate stock levels and representation of sizes and styles
• Communicate stock level and product quality issues to management
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently
• Stock shelves and racks as needed
• Support store opening and closing procedures and daily operations
• Assist sales team with sizing, register support, and other store tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of two years retail experience, stock experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail operations
• Ability to operate retail point of sale systems
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email
• Able to thrive in a high paced environment and multitask
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused attitude
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
