Operations Controller - Crystals

Summary

As an Operations Controller at the boutique, you will oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory while supporting day-to-day store operations. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory counts and reconciliations, and assist management with operational, facilities, and compliance issues to ensure smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to management.
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
• Assist management in identifying and resolving operational process issues.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures.
• Submit tax-exempt forms and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
• Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and place orders for supplies.
• Perform cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations with management support.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail or luxury.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in stock management.
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with store teams.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
