Operations Controller - Paramus

As an Operations Controller at Gucci Paramus, you will provide essential support to both front and back of house teams, ensuring seamless sales support, inventory management, and administrative functions. You will embody the Gucci brand values, delivering a luxury client experience with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Serve as a Gucci Ambassador, welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
• Support the selling process to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments and closing transactions.
• Provide dressing room support and manage client interactions.
• Facilitate packing, payment processes, and store transfer requests.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for processing.
• Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
