Operations Controller - Valley Fair

Summary

The Operations Controller will oversee stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy while supporting day-to-day store operations, facilities, and compliance. This role acts as a brand ambassador delivering a luxury client experience and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to management
• Manage movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs, and damages
• Support resolution of operational and facilities issues
• Maintain clear operations documents and procedures
• Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received
• Communicate inventory and operational discrepancies to management
• Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies
• Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories and reconcile discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Familiarity with internal retail systems and shipping software
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proper authorization to work in the United States
