Operations Coordinator - Riverside

As an Operations Coordinator at Tiffany in Riverside, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional client service, and supporting sales goals. You will act as a key holder and manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and enhancing the customer experience.

• Perform all back of house operations in the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide operational support to drive sales and service, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and partner with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients to respond to requests efficiently.
• Support operational efficiency objectives and mentor team members when acting as manager on duty.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, collecting customer data and supporting key product pillars.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback to enhance service quality.

• 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform various tasks as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College degree and Gemological Institute of America coursework.
