Boutique Facilitator

As a Boutique Facilitator at CHANEL in New York, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by providing exceptional customer service and supporting various functions within the store. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting sales associates and maximizing client-facing time.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and welcome all clients.
• Support sales and service efforts as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with inventory management, including shipments and cycle counts.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and register operations.
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and resolving client issues.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for CHANEL and excellent communication skills.
