Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the client experience throughout the store. The role assists both front of house and back of house functions, ensuring product is organized and client requests are fulfilled while representing the brand with a professional presence. This is a seasonal retail role based in the Soho neighborhood focused on delivering personalized service and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to FOH.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform BOH organization and manage product go-backs and assortments.
- Participate in team activities and support overall store objectives.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional grooming and behavior standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic technology and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills and team oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
