Summary
Provide exceptional guest service and support sales and back of house teams to ensure a memorable customer shopping experience. Role covers multiple guest service areas including sales floor, guest kitchen, call center, concierge, and administrative support. This is a seasonal position focused on maintaining store presentation and assisting with transactions and product location.
Responsibilities
- Assist in guest service areas such as call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge and administration
- Greet clients and assist with individual shopping needs including offering beverages and directing to departments
- Locate products, complete transfers and charge sends from other stores and coordinate with operations
- Prepare store for opening and closing and maintain clean presentable front and back of house areas
- Fold and straighten merchandise and stock cash wraps with packaging materials
- Assist in processing sales transactions and apply return markdown tax security and packaging policies
- Provide food and beverage preparation in the Guest Kitchen per client specifications
- Support other departments on the floor as needed and direct phone inquiries appropriately
- Maintain professional presentation and demonstrate passion for the product
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year related customer experience preferably in luxury retail
- Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to multi task and collaborate with multiple departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion and affinity for the brand and desire to grow
