Summary

The Operations Lead supports the Operations Manager at the Dallas Galleria store, driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional client experience. This hands-on role oversees inventory, shipping and receiving, merchandise preparation and client delivery, facility upkeep, and technical troubleshooting while mentoring and training store teams. The Operations Lead works to optimize sales floor flow and aftersales processes to meet operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support training on operational procedures and ensure store compliance with company directives.
• Manage merchandise preparation, packaging, and all aspects of client delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and organization of back-of-house areas.
• Assist with facility maintenance and provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Improve performance through efficient sales floor management and facilitating repair/aftersales workflows.
