Job Description

Summary

Serve as an ambassador of the Brand by supporting store operations, mentoring the team, and ensuring exceptional client experience through strong operational leadership. Assist the Store Manager and Operations Manager in achieving operational objectives, maintaining compliance, and supporting aftersales and client delivery processes. Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, facility upkeep, and act as on-site technical and process resource.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager and Operations Manager in leading and mentoring store team members.
  • Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.
  • Manage preparation and packaging of client merchandise and client delivery processes.
  • Facilitate flow of repairs with Client Care to achieve aftersales metrics.
  • Handle inventory control and the shipping and receiving lifecycle.
  • Ensure back of house organization, cleanliness, security, and compliance.
  • Act as on-site technological support and guide teams on company compliance directives.
  • Support maintenance of the store facility and organization of stock areas.

Requirements

  • Operational experience in a retail or luxury store environment.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team in store operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to train staff on procedures and communication systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer focused with ability to support client delivery and aftersales processes.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to provide on-site technical support.
