Summary
The Operations Supervisor ensures efficient merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor while maintaining stockroom organization and supporting customer experience. This role leads operational training, manages inventory processing and replenishment, and supports visual merchandising and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive unpack and inspect shipments and verify pricing and tagging
- Place merchandise on sales floor or in stock room according to standards
- Maintain stock room cleanliness organization and execute stockroom reorganization
- Support sales floor associates with stock checks and merchandise requests
- Process incoming inventory within productivity targets and execute price updates
- Lead reticketing RFID tagging and return of merchandise to sales floor
- Coordinate back of house and sales floor processes and manage ISOS replenishment
- Contribute to visual merchandising and seasonal floor resets
- Support compliance risk management and enforce company policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail operations policies best practices and analytics
- Proficiency with POS systems Microsoft Office and technology
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide coaching feedback and support talent development
