Operations Manager - Packing

As an Operations Manager - Packing at the East Coast Fulfillment Center, you will lead and develop a team to support business strategies in processes, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for delivering on customer promises, driving results through coaching, performance management, and monitoring outcomes.

• Support business strategy by driving results for safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of approximately 20 employees.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train resources effectively.
• Drive warehouse associates' results through coaching, counseling, and discipline.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and participating in professional societies.
• Own process improvement efforts through problem-solving and project management.
• Meet financial standards by providing budget information and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven capability in implementing CI actions for measurable improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and grow leadership competencies.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and determine improvement actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
