Summary
The Operations Professional supports back of house operations in a luxury retail store, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, client service, and operational efficiency while partnering with client advisors and management to drive sales and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform order fulfillment shipping receiving and replenishment tasks
- Clean and care for jewelry and merchandise handling repairs and transfers
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies
- Partner with client advisors management and corporate partners to resolve requests
- Deliver excellent client service and the brand experience during interactions
- Support store sales by aiding in client data collection and follow up
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence
- Implement operational policies procedures and continuous improvement ideas
- Work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail oriented with flexibility for varied tasks
- Ability to connect with clients and provide outstanding service
- Authorization to work in the United States
