Summary
The Operations Professional oversees back of house store operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management and delivering exceptional client service. This role supports client advisors and management to drive store sales and operational efficiency while representing the brand and enhancing the in store experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment
- Clean and handle jewelry and merchandise according to care standards
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies
- Manage transfers and jewelry repairs and ensure accurate documentation
- Partner with client advisors and management to respond to client requests and follow up
- Support sales by generating opportunities through effective communication and data collection
- Implement hospitality and store amenities to create outstanding client experiences
- Support process improvements and provide feedback on operational changes
- Work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail oriented with flexibility to perform varied tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience in retail operations or similar environment preferred
